We will refund or replace ANY damaged product no questions asked. Please send an email to support@itemoasis.com">support@itemoasis.com within 14 days upon receiving the item and we will be happy to resolve the issue. After 14 days we will NOT refund any items.

In the event where the product received comes with manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request for a reimbursement or replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. Buyers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the product's manufacturing defects to support@itemoasis.com">support@itemoasis.com. If the case is deemed valid, ItemOasis will reimburse the buyer the full amount.
